don't forget to pop down to Trixie Dix, you'd able to learn certain stuff like trackstanding (I did, now can trackstand pretty well much to my surprise), skidding etc.

I will if I get my sprocket/lockring tightened. Need to get familiar with the journey to bricklane though so might do a test run today. Or I might just hop on the tube if I get lost and get ther from Liverpool street..my sense of direction is as good as a headless chicken's..

My Plug, at a suitably dramatic location. Looks nice and shiney here, is presently covered in mud and cow shit after a wet ride through some very muddy country lanes. You London lot worry about buses and peds, I worry about animal feaces and farmers with shotguns. Here's another:

I like your Bowery GA2G.
Here's mine (sorry for the shite photo)
It'll be getting covered in stickers in the next day or so in an attempt to hide its ugliness, with new cranks, wheels and matt black paintjob in the summer.

Frankly I'm a bit ashamed after seeing some of these amazing OTP jobs but here's mine. I'm proud of how filthy it looks, mind.
Flat bar with mini bar ends.
Mavic Open Sport front wheel with Shimano Sora hub.
Tiagra front brake
Conti GP front tyre, yellow, juxtaposed nicely with the navy blue 'all that was in the LBS when i got a puncture' Rubino Pro rear.
swapped out rear cog and added gold track chain 1/8.
Other than that totally OTP and no expense spared... -

I like this. Because it obviously doesn't stay clean, but gets out there and rides.
Plus, it reads books.

should've seen the face on the farmer whose flooded field i went windsurfing on last year. febuary, clad in boardshorts and rash vest, on my freestyle gear. Good times.

Finally got my new baby today, rode her a tiny bit, it was late and I was tired. My first 30 seconds of fixed were strange but I quickly got used to it. Tried trackstanding...haa. Bit of toe overlap but only like 1.5cm. I think there is a shit load of fun to be had with it after a bit of H(ing)TFU.
OTP candy:
