That was awesome.
Although I think we're the first back and at home due to two things:
1) We live at Kew Bridge
2) At Putney we got bored of waiting at every bridge for 15 minutes, and just zoomed off to Hammersmith, Barnes, Chiswick and home.
But it was a fantastic ride, some really great company, perfect weather... couldn't really ask for more.hehe slackengers! Good to see you two out on the bikes.
Full moon, nice weather - well fucking timed whoever picked the date! :)

I still cringe when I hear the sound of bike + road.
Hope you mend good and quick dude. -

Another video for those with 360 degree rotatable screens.The ride back east via Pickled willy. I realise now that watching it on a screen bigger than a matchbox isn't great. Oh well i'm over it. Is there any free/shareware video editing software for Mac's about? iMovie isn't playing.

Excellent ride (my first with you folks), fantastic time had too - big thanks to those who organised it and I hope all those who 'failed' are alive and well! It was great to put some names to faces (tho I have forgotten most already so will have to make sure I make the next ride too) +1 on the millennium bridge and the fast ride back East was awesome / surreal, (shame I live South Ken - could have happily carried on East)! In fact the only downer for me was whoever insisted on winding up the Security bird at Trafalgar Square...unnecessary, still takes all sorts I guess! Ride safe until the NEXT TIME!!!

Memories;
Simon J stacking it into a curb in the dark, tearing his right slip off it's pedalhaha, I'd forgotten about that, he just veered towards the concrete wall in the dark. "Rider Down" swiftly followed by "Rider back up again"! I should stop laughing at people's crashes, I think I even told Spaghetti to HTFU as it was right at the start of the evening.

The sight of so many bikes was truly great, a there were some lovely sounds too - apart from the hum and click/clatter of massed bicycles, I loved the whirring sound over the millenium bridge, and the sudden peace when we turned onto and the first bridge west enough to be away from the traffic in town.
I hadn't realised there had been all those crashes tho'; and some nasty sounding ones too. Recover quick y'all.
in a word.... SLOPPY
bit like a bucket full of mouldy yoghurt and crumbly faeces.
