I get them from time to time. Buscopan and a hair dryer are pretty effective.

my company is expanding it's qualified social worker recruitment business at the moment, were looking for people with qsw recruitment backgrounds ideally, second choice is recruiment within the genral sector, so basically anything to do with government recruitment and thirdly any recruitment experience. If you have some sales experience it might be worth a shot. So it is quite specialised!
Basic salaries start at about 21k with first year on target earnings of about 35-40k
it ain't gonna make you mega rich, but it is a pretty good market to work in at the moment, we aren't a hugely aggressive sales company.

Running from Wick Lane in Tower Hamlets to Beckton, the Greenway is a traffic free route that passes by historical buildings and along peaceful waterways. The Greenway is an utterly unique stretch of East London that is a haven for wildlife.Funded by London Thames Gateway Development Corporation, the Greenway Officer will deliver an education project for units in Key Stage 1 and 2 of the Science National Curriculum, for children from primary schools located close to the Greenway.
Main duties will also include planning, coordinating and leading corporate volunteer workdays at The Greenway, focusing on land management and habitat enhancement.
Experience working in nature conservation including knowledge of habitat management is essential as well as having working knowledge of the National Curriculum. This post also requires good communication skills, verbal and written, appropriate for children, teachers, parents and corporate volunteers.
