  • Oh man.

  • Max, you're too tall. You disturb your own mobile reception, that's all.

  • Fucking hippy cunt fucker merging bastard bitch!

  • Thinking about it... Fair enough.

  • You're right. I should've just deleted your shit. :P

  • I'm about to go delete some shit into the toilet right now actually... BRB.

  • ^ Vile.

  • That's better. Mmm toilet..

  • Not being added to the list, as I didn't create a battery-pack lights section, but this is noteworthy.

I normally laugh at all Knog products as design over function, but this is different. The KNOG Gator 305.

350 lumens. Thats something special, as the Hope Vision Single LED is 240 lumens and its a bit epic.

  • Look at the price though, the Hope sell for £70ish, 240 lumens is way more than enough in cities.

  • Wasn't recommending it Ed. Just showing a light that was really powerful.

The list doesn't contain that type of light, as I do agree with you, that a Hope-type light is more than enough for most.

  • Well, Look no further than Hope Vision 1 or Exposure Spark I suppose.

I'm sure there are cheaper alternative, the other one I know is the compact cateye light that's easily removable, not sure if they still sell those.

  • AA or AAA batteries that can be easily swapped

Why Batteries? Why not get the exposure Joystick then carry the exposure piggyback?

  • rechargable light are fucking rad, much easier to deal with by simply just plugging the light to the main.

  • got one of these to replace the bikeshop cateye they sell everywhere

works very nicely, cheap, aaa, 180 candles, has a nice sidelight feature too, comes on and off easy. ace.

  • That's the cateye I'm talking about, not exactly powerful enough to see in pitch black, but perfect to be seen by other in London.

only slight downside is that the strap aren't exactly the most robust of all.

Because you can still run out of juice and you can still forget to charge the light.
My Dinotte takes AA for this reason. I can carry as many spares as I like and if I get stuck without any juice, every servo will sell AA batts.

no the strap is effing cheap, and pretty ugly too. i strap mine on the underside as it less fugly that way.

that was the argument that sold the hope vision1 to me. never had to ride home without it's beam since.
the internal battery in my phone for example always needs this pesky power supply and subsequently i starve my phone every now and then.

    i wish i had a phone with aaa's or so ;)
