If you like the leader, try find somwhere in the UK that sells them that can provdie you with a guarantee.
no need, leader have a lifetime guarantee, if the frame cannot be repaired, they will replace it. If it can be repaired they will cover the costs.

then surely its the obvious choice.
A frame your significant other has picked out himself because he likes it, only £100 and lifetime guarantee?
Jackpot I say!

The Leader may have shit looking welds, but its actually a well pit together bit of kit, and they have a god rep in the US for taking large amounts of abuse both on and off the track.
TBH if you want a cool looking aero frame with rear wheel cowling etc, you are not going to find anythinng better for under 500 quid. I would rather have the Leader than a Cinelli vigorelli or the planet x, as the geomety is much nicer (horizontal top tube on the new 09 model etc).
Take it town to armourtex and get it coated up in some crazy colour and you will have a pretty cool ride IMO

The On-one frame would make a wicked "Stealth" build...

had to look that up, a bit of an obscure reference isnt it? Some independent/hobbyist frame builder?
What are you trying to say, that leaders make dolans look like lugged steel frames?

look I found a picture of some poor lesbian messenger girl posing with hers...
shes couldnt even afford all the spokes to finish her wheels.
Must mean the leader is very very good value, right?

there was a thread about robyn mather on here before, and it's not that obscure. two weeks ago i doubt you even knew who leader were. dale's reference, and mine, lightheartedly casts doubt on the finish and build quality of leader frames, by referring to two examples of 'bespoke' or 'high end' frame building.

I've just spoken to Ribble - and they told me that they don't know if they'll bother getting any more Dolan frames in. They've been waiting for them to be made, which appears quite a common theme amongst suppliers.....

With posts like this have you considered dropping the 'deadly' and 'pack' from your username? It'd be more accurate. ;p
