Now that they have a bike shop bit, can they remove the BB and headset from my frame and forks, powdercoat it, then re-assemble it?

So have they changed their policy on decals?

The latest post seems to indicate the decals were put on in the shop and it looks like they've had lacquer over them. The main site still says decals aren't their job but that probably hasn't been updated in a while.

Wish I'd had my frame done when they offered this. Never did get round to clear coating my decals and I've knocked one or two.

Got two steel frame and forks done by Armourtex last week. Both matte, one in Oyster white and one in dark grey. Good finish, nice around the lugs and threads and the guys there seemed very friendly and helpful. They removed a stubborn BB cup on one frame prior to spraying and accepted payment for the resprays by card.

does anyone have a rough idea what their cheapest powder coat would cost if i stripped a frame down my self?

Is it worth hand sanding rust spots / bubbles and nicked edges on lugs by hand before sending to these guys? Or will shot blasting take care of removing all the surface rust?
