  • I'm enjoying all this amp talk. Although my bass amp is solid state all the way.

me too and me too. i haz one of these:

  • Its a FACT that:

work sucks ass and 36h fixed/free hubs are too expensive

    Work does suck.

    but

Get a fixed/fixed £14 hub from on-one and you can use one of the fixed sides for your freewheel.

  • i haz a battered one of these

  • 82% of the population of Jordan live in cities.

    90% of Jordan is Boob!

  • i got form an old tranny shop.

    Ooh i say!

  • me too and me too. i haz one of these:

Ooooh it's got wheels, I have a huge Peavy that is a pig to move. Might put wheels on it.

  • Work does suck.

    but

Get a fixed/fixed £14 hub from on-one and you can use one of the fixed sides for your freewheel.

only 32h in stock so i'd need a new rim n stuff. Good try though.

I haz something like a cheaper version of this

  • the only amps i've got at home at the moment are a pair of these bad boys.

it's all about the multiple amps. lots of little amps ftw.

  • 90% of Jordan is Boob!

    Really?

  • Very nice Dooks. I like Ampeg.

I have a lovely Trace Elliot pre-Ashdown AH300-7 head that I use with a 1x18" cab (also TE). I also have a smaller TE Boxer 65 practice amp. My bass is a Fender jazz.

  • sweet. i'm a p-bass devotee myself. p-bass, flatwounds and an ampeg. jamerson is my bass guru though so that figures.

guitar nerd thread required i feel.

  • dooks, the first amp i ever bought was a silver front champ, great little thing, wish i kept it. but ended up swapping for a dual showman, with 2x12 cab, so not a bad deal

  • guitar nerd thread required i feel.

    oooh with guitar porn?

  • jeezuz 31 do you still have the dual showman. that's dickdaletastic.

anyway i've created a guitar nerd thread with some rambling bollocks in the first thread.

we coul duse it to show n tell, post porn/anti-porn, share tips, ask for help, buy, sell whatever.

i'll try not to be too snobby this time.

  • with regards to that amsterdam bike fact
i wonder what the bikes per forumenger average is for all current members
i think i'll pm each and everyone of you and find out

  • dooks, na i then swapped that for a musicman hd150, which was loader than a twin

  • my mum had broken foot so had the shopping delivered, i was in and apparently the drivers have trackers on their vehicles which record where the van in, how much they are revving and how harshly they are braking. apparently they are asked why they broke too hard if they do. seems pretty intense for a delivery van!

  • me too and me too. i haz one of these:

    Ampeg FTW!!

Personally I'm a huge fan of Engl amps, really nice amps! Krank and Soldano are nice for a heavy sound and the best clean sounding amp I've ever played through was a Divided by 13, shockingly expensive though...

  • Leap years happen every 4 years, except for years that are divisible by 100 but not 400. This means 2000 was a leap year, but 1900 and 2100 are not.

  • Cheers Horatio

  • your earlobes are the in same vertical plane as your nipples

  • JFK ordered his aide to procure 1200 Cuban cigars for him, the NIGHT BEFORE he signed the embargo that would make it illegal for US nationals to trade with Cuba.

  • your earlobes are the in same vertical plane as your nipples

Falacy, some people nipples are damn near horizontal

  • JFK ordered his aide to procure 1200 Cuban cigars for him, the NIGHT BEFORE he signed the embargo that would make it illegal for US nationals to trade with Cuba.

    Is that true? Bloody brilliant.
