Started at the bottom of Swains (cos there's no way I'm doing it twice in one morning) and put down my marker at 11:19. Not in any hurry to do it again, mind. Running up Swains isn't any harder than riding it, but running down West Hill is fucking awful on my old legs.

Yes they do, come and join!

Certainly are, normally from 6/6.30 in the little room at the end of the pub.

There are a large number of people and they don't actually bite.
It's in the room behind all the bikes until about 10ish when it moves to the pizza place.
