Back from Paris. The stage was awesome. Dunk and I had a great view of the race and watched them come round 8 times. Then we went and met the deplorable Arvy and the adorable Amanda. Still hung over this afternoon. All good though.

I will admit it. Stupid fast bike riding has caught up with me. Today I am a mess. On the ride in this morning, I got overtaken by other bicycles, and I didn’t even try to respond.

Yesterday the tiredness just felt like lack of sleep, nothing physical, but today I just feel heavy and slow.
