Were you the guy who came upstairs to say hi earlier? Didn't realise at the time but Matt thought we might know each other from here. I was the guy closest to the door putting a brave face on things after having my elbow done front and back.

Anyway, a belated hi and nice to (kind of) meet you.

  • Yeah, he is fucking sick!

Add him to Thomas Hooper on the 'must have' artists list.

  • ha, yeah it was. hey.

max he's in new york and just started tattooing. see a few pages back, he has an awesome calf piece of a shark fighting with skeletons with lasers coming out their eyes.

  • I think I saw it. Right up my street.

I think some time in the near future I'm going to make a trip to NYC and pay him a visit while I'm there.

  • Cheers D. Some good stuff in there.

  • man, that bones dude is fucking incredible! i love the shark/skeleton/laser one you put up before dale. the hand of doom is fucking ace.

  • Why would anyone want to contribute to something that supports prisoners anyway?

  • Why would anyone want to contribute to something that supports prisoners anyway?

    Possibly:
    (a) to help ensure they don't reoffend upon release
    (b) because some will be prisoners of conscience and / or convicted of no-harm crimes (e.g. drug possession)
    (c) because those in prison are disproportionately from disadvantaged groups and non-white communities, indicating systemic bias which needs correcting

  • man i still only conform to 2 of those. And im looking for a front brake, so that would take it to 1.
    I thought i was hip...

that is a load of bollocks and even it were true how would a tattoo circus help matters?

There is no location the day before it is on, unless you call some dodgy mobile which reminds me of a misspent youth calling numbers for squat raves. This also leads me to believe it has been (badly) organised by a bunch of crusties. If it's close to hackney i might still go though...

as long as there is no psy-trance ;)

Sorry, what? The tattoo circus is helping to raise money for prisoner support. I don't know exactly what they plan to spend the money on, but richoking asked why you might like to spend money on prisoner support, and I suggested three reasons.

Now if you have issues with the three reasons, fine. Let's hear them.

  • Cheers digger looks like something I would be interested in. `the bike making worksop looks a laugh.

  • Shit! I've got 13 possibly 14 including the Langster!

    Oh the shame!
