I see where you coming from, but this guy has taken it to a whole new level IMO
the techniques hes using for colouring looks like water colours which I might be wrong but yourmeatismine never really did, always black and red with strong lines. -

As a result of Wiggins and talking about mods I've dug out an old photo of the tattoo I had done back in mid-2006.
It's a trace of a Kraftwerk TdF rider from the album cover, over a trace of a mod symbol used on The Who's Quadrophenia cover, and with the rider turned into a post-apocalyptical entity to somehow capture a "ride even in the afterlife" thing.

Where is this located?
-

On my buttock.
Nah, left shoulder.

Looks nice. Left hand side chainring. Very hhsb ;)
-

That was my decision. Wanted the rider to face that direction, and the detail necessary to have the chainring on the other side would be lost when the tattoo aged and blurred.
There's actually an error in there... as the bike actually has a right hand side drivetrain, which you can see from the rear hub. We just put the chain ring on the left hand side to make the tattoo work without being messy.

I'ld thought I'd ask here first, despite it concerning Berlin tattooists..
I'ld like to get this:
done on my inner upper left arm. from pit to elbow. It'll need to be simplified a bit, but the idea is clear.. Any recommendations for a Berlin studio to do this well? -
• #5697
You're either considering it and looking at other examples of you've just been and had this done?

Hugo - is that yours? If it is...wow.
No.
My housemates friends work (ÉRic The Viking). She is getting something done by him this week.
It's from his facebook page (as are the links to the other ones). I really like his dot work. I don't think he has a website.... although you might be able to just veiw some of his stuff on his facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/eric.theviking.18
EDIT: Or maybe I'm just a bit slow today and he does have a website: http://erictheviking.carbonmade.com/

Out of curiousity, how well does dot work age?
Does it just sort of blur and shade into the skin?

Nice, what shop does he work out of? (if he does indeed work out of one)
is it just me or is the genesis of all that sort of stuff yann black's work at your meat is mine?
