That's the one. I've seen it; mindblowing work of art. Works well as a tattoo too.

Will go and talk to them, thanks!

It really is, something so textured shouldn't translate to a sculture so well!

Incidentally, what does the above refer to?
Anyone? The 'formula'(?)that ends in Q.E.D, I mean.equation (and in this presentation, also a lemma). the result is the bottom line: exp(ix)=cos x+i sin x, which gives the arguments neatly. the proof given is via infinite expansions of exponential, sine and cosine.

I'm after a little advice. I have been thinking recently about getting my first tattoo and have no idea how to start in choosing where to go or who to speak to.
What I want is this equation, in a standard, mathematical, cursive script on the inside of my heel, under the ankle bone.
This seems to me to be quite a simple thing, but I certainly don't want to just wander into somewhere random.
Is this a simple thing? Who / where would you recommend. How much would it cost? What else do I need to know?
It'd be great to get some advice.
mate fontwise you have to go with the standard LaTeX mathmode font. i assume that's what you mean by the script. and to be honest you really could walk in anywhere, if you've Texified $e^{i\pi}+1=0$ and printed it off

I'm getting tattooed by Thomas H's lady next month on my chest and have a sleeve planned that she seems really excited about too! :D Her work is seriously coming in leaps and bounds.
If you can get to Pistols Tattoo Studio in Eastbourne, get tattooed by Harriet. Seriously.

nice dot art, lucky you! Chakras are cool too, perhaps be better as a spine piece corresponding to the places where chakras are? just imo
Sublime! Is that that sculpture?
