My friend Harriet is learning how to tattoo. And I'm impressed by her work thus far. However she's in Eastbourne, but I personally know her for a couple of years now, so I'm letting her practise on me.
Her lines are a bit shakey, but she needs practiseeeeeeeeee. So yeah.

I have a quarter sleeve at the moment wich I will get taken down to the elbow when I can aford it.

Anyone know of any places that do good Japanese work on black skin?

My mate Aaron at Cult Classic Tattoo does amazing japanese work, he's studied with the Japanese dudes and really knows his stuff. I'm sure I heard him talking about trad Japanese work on black skin last time I was there - you could do much worse than giving the guy a call.

Cult Classic doesn't have appalling waiting times either, plus he guests at Frith St (though I'd recommend taking the 20 minute train journey out to Cult Classic if you can - much more relaxed environment).

In other non related but modification related news, Im stretching my tongue. But the bar length was too long. Hmmph.

yeah, was afraid of that, I've never had to wait more than 3 weeks for one before, so I guess I'll have to get used to it here in London (only lived here for about 18 months).

Diago - this brazilian kid works out of FMT is amazing, i went through his japanese line work last week. and you can get seen on the day. he has only been over here for about 3 weeks.
