Not sure whether to start a new thread for this (terrified of starting new threads)
Anyone know what it's like to live (rent) in the area between Peckham Rye and New Cross Gate? Basically all the roads of terraced houses to the south of Queen's Road. Looked at a few houses there over the last few weeks, generally seems nice, wondered if anyone has anything to add?
They're coming up at around £1600pcm (3 bed, garden etc), sound about right?
