Got back from snapping Tika to find the house on fire. Fortunately not my flat and not a very big fire but still.. a lot of mess etc. So won't be coming to east drinks tonight. On the up side there were several burly young firemen to talk to so it's not all bad.
Thanks to the four members I met today and the others who have contacted me recently. It really is coming along , due, mainly, to the generosity and good will of people on this site.
I will be at the Polo tournament on Sunday so if you see someone with a courier bag, a large Nikon and disastrous hair come and say Hi before I come and say Hi to you. Anyone know what time the tournament is? -

Thanks to the forum people I met and photographed today; as always a real pleasure.
I think everyone I have snapped so far has found it pretty painless and over quicker than they expected - what does that remind me of? Oh yes.
Anyway, if any more of you would like to take part in what is becoming the LFGSS-members-standing-against-a-wall project then do get in touch. I am away till next tuesday (countryside, hooray. no bike, boooooooo) and hope to meet some more of you later.

Yes, all comments seconded and thirded - Will is a lovely chap, and the photo will take exactly 20 seconds of your time. You'll spend much longer talking about the weather and excusing your sweatiness (if you're like me, and raced there from far too far away).

Anyway I have quite Metro a couple of weeks (quite when you're at the top as more cyclists should do!) ride a fixed gear and I'm a bonafide fakenger now. As such I feel it is 100% legit to pose for pictures like these now.

Just had will pop by for a photo.
I just wanted to ask you lot to consider getting in touch with him, if you haven't already. I think its a simple and nice idea he's doing, and really needs loads more of you lot to contribute... took about ooh 30 seconds. He says he may be at east drinks tonight so do let him take your pic if he turns up.
He mentioned he's slightly concerned that it at the moment seems to be ALL white males aged 25-40 ish, so if you don't fit that description in some way I bet he'd be especially happy to include you, not as tokenism but to get a real representation of who we are in the non curryhead fixie scene [sic]. C'mon. Reprazent!
