3.5 hrs in the gym, 2hrs playing wargames on the pc, 90 mins with his unwanted 4yr old son, what a balance!

I want to read one of these, ideally from business insider about a work day, that's more like:

8am wake up hungover. Smash 2 paracetamol and 2 ibuprofen with my berocca. Wank in the shower and get the tube to work. Once the jubilee line hits the WiFi I put two fake back-to-back external meetings in my calendar to justify the late start.

9am eat a bacon sarnie and have my first coffee. Pull myself together. Pick up a Pret porridge and OJ for show that I'll throw away later. Have another round of ibuprofen and paracetamol, and my first bump.

9.30am walk in bragging about how well my meetings went.....

Etc.

I know it’s a parody but the guy is doing impressively well for himself.

Daily exercise, good sleep, positive inner dialogue, steady income and acceptable work-life balance, self-educating, putting himself out there socially… Add in a career change to something that aligns better with his interests, and dude could be absolutely slaying in a year.
