It’s so hard to unravel what he actually means from his syntax. He might be saying the moon is only a part of the things they should be focusing on. Or he might genuinely mean the moon is, what? Attached to mars? A district of mars?

And ‘science’? As if going to the moon is nothing to do with science. Science is a totally separate thing NASA should be focussing on?

I read the trump tweet as him meaning a trip to mars will require investment on getting to the moon again. Isn’t there a plan as using it as a stop point on the way or something?

But if he means that, then the previous comment about not going to the moon again makes no sense. Whichever way you read that tweet, it feels like it would make more sense written in crayon.

He is saying that Mars should still be the goal and that program includes going to the moon as a launch point, not start a new moon program based solely on moon only which has been suggested, it does read shit however
