FWIW I'm not too sure about the validity of politicalcompass.org, but it's pretty right on as far as GW and Obama's policies. I don't hate the arts and it was better when GW was president because at least you could have somebody to hate. Obama has mostly the same horrible policies but people remember the beginning of his presidency when things were different.
