I had a collision with a driver on his phone in Paris, so I tend to be annoyed when I see driver making phonecalls.
So a week later, waiting at a red light, behind a people carrier, I can see the driver on the phone in her wing mirror. I get angry but I can't think of a way to tell her off without sounding like a self righteous ass. Then, Eureka, great idea: I will tell here that she should be careful because the cops are behind her in an unmarked police car, she'll be thankful, I get to be an ass and she'll drop the phone surely!
At that moment, I'm very proud of my idea and slowly make my way to the driver's window...
It was the fecking popo in an unmarked car, 6 of them...
