Me, on the way to work.

I ride up and over a pedestrian/cycle bridge to get over a railway line. It has staggered bollards to slow cyclists down. This morning, having overtaken several commuters and having my competitive head on (rare occurrence) I saw my next conquest cycling down the other side of the bridge. As I'm looking across, through the railings at my next victim I fail to see the bollard in front of me until it's too late.

I managed to crush my index and middle finger on my left hand between my brake lever and the bollard. Ow. Previous victim got to see me smack into the bollard and stumble around a bit (but didn't manage to overtake, so they still lose!)

Sitting typing with a throbbing finger, on the same side as my bastard fucked up wrist (tendinitis).

ME, this morning, moaning a bit aggressively against a motorbike who, for the second time in a row was stopping me from filtering thru cars. He could not go thru, but was blocking the way... And I was like "blahblah rogntudju!!"

So the guy was not happy, and asked me if he was not allowed to be where he was... Actually he was allowed to be there, but I was denying him the right of being somewhere as a road user, right which is often denied to cyclists... I was being a cnut, so I catched up with him at the next red light and apologised, he was cool about it we kissed and exchanged phone number...
