He was probaly swinging over the railing showing how 'ard he is crossing the road by having to go over a fence.
The railing is probably there to stop idiots from coming out of the school and running straight across the road. I don't wish ill on people but it does show natural selection in action

we have a stupidly long railing on a bus stop island, that those who want to go to the bus stop will have to walk a long way round to get there, a lots of people hop over the railing to get there, and there's always close call due to driver going a little faster on that second and peds having a hard time getting over the last railing to get to the bus stop, I know this because it's outside my place of work.

Drivers don't go slower. They never do, unless you put silly speedbumps in the way. Like with the road narrowings, they just make driving and cycling more dangerous.
Not quite visualising your example but a point needed to be made - everyone needs to chill the fuck out. RLJing every traffic light without a care for safety is just silly, I'm not fo/against RLJing but your and other's safety comes before making up 30secs of you'r journey. Also most speed limits are carefully thought out and are in fact more useful than people give them credit for. Driving 5mph faster is going to get you to where you want a minimal amount faster. Tailgaiting hardly ever makes the driver in front go faster and only serves to create a rist for accidents - the driver in front could loose concentration on the road in front and bang, there goes a cyclist. My brother is an example of this. On the bike and out of a car he's cool, no problems. In a car he's a fucking idiot, tailgaiting beeping the horn at another driver's minor delay.
Many people are like this, I doubt anything will change it. People are quite stupid in many different ways.

What do you mean you don't really see anything??? It's terrible! Including the needless demise of that incredible beast whose biggest crime seems to have been not taking any shit from some dick heads who stick it in a pen and fuck about with it.
Not to mention the disturbing sound of very real terror in the voices of all the human beings involved. I don't mind it being on the interweb (watched the whole thing so can't really complain), but it's grim viewing.

Someone patiently filming a man midway through an attack by a lion in a circus enclosure. The lion had the man, who was now unconcious, held by the shoulder in his jaws while a man outside the enclosure was trying in vain to hold him still. I stopped watching there.
Apparantly they killed the lion after a considerable amount of time doing fuck all.
