Ed, the drains are well blocked.
Gabes, Todd and me tried last year to unblock it using a mallet that was going completly inside the water.
there is a 50cm slime and shit and the botton, and half way down the hole there is a hole that go to the other drain.
Bill, has a mate with the right tools for the job, and Bill suggested to contact him.
speak to Bill and see what he say about it now

Cheers guys, I just wanted to double check before contacting the council. It will be discussed on Tuesday then hopefully the council contacted in the week/the following week to get it fixed properly.

The council, when the sand blasted the walls to get rid of the graffiti.
