to put them in it can be improvised with a long piece of threaded rod, two nuts and two large washers.
to remove the cups I'm less sure. Anyone? Bueller?

screwdriver. insert into headtube, locate inner cup and strike a few times. flip frame over and repeat

just go for a 105 shimano headset.

they're really nice headsets and great value for money, very smooth, had one on the yates.

Think that frame was for sale on here a wee while ago, no? Was going for a good price if I remember, nice colours, would like that for my next project

I use an old MTB handlebar. Has worked well for the past few years.
