you're going to need special tools to remove the headset cups and to put the new ones in,
to put them in it can be improvised with a long piece of threaded rod, two nuts and two large washers.
to remove the cups I'm less sure. Anyone? Bueller?I use an old MTB handlebar. Has worked well for the past few years.
