  • indra put record on it, classy, simple and relatively cheap, (got mine from ribble at £170)... if the issue of the square taper is the longevity you can always get centaur bb for peanuts (be careful for chainstays clearance though!)

  • After minor updates on my Cannondale,

I decided to take care of the Fondriest and turn it into a beater again

  • Is Netto still a thing?

As of this morning, yes, yes it is.

  • Is Netto still a thing?

Dansk Supermarked and Sainsbury’s will team up for a 15 store trial this autumn

  • Wonder if it'll be less shit this time

  • Stratos finished off today with a new stem and chainring.

  • could someone measure these please!

  • ^^

the bottle cage mount blocking the graphics doesn't do the build justice.

the £30 is worth having a tidy build

  • If you have enough post showing to make that work.

  • Need to cut the steerer and get a new saddle-this one destroys my gooch. Other than that its pretty much done.

    find a cheapo / borrow a stem 2cm shorter
    install it
    level saddle
    ride
see if it makes a difference

  • Thanks noiser but this is just a temporary saddle I borrowed from a friend. He wanted rid of it because he couldn't bear it too!

  • it qctually looks pretty level!

  • Noiser, i'd rather have my bottle where i can reach it! might just get a pair of cage mounts put in the frame.

  • I just built this up. Havent been this excited bout a bike in a long time. Obv need a front brake. Need a really long nut which i dident bring, its a massive fork crown.

Having a cold but the maiden voyage of 1 km gravel and a few 100 meters of pavement is done :-) seem wonderful but time will tell!

  • Hey,
How much did you sell this frames for?

    Cheers

  • Lovely nago

  • All that fancy kit and then MTB pedals though?!

  • Stem sorted thanks to Noiser and new wheels.

  • I dont even own a pair of road pedals. At least not any current versions. I use all my bikes for work and cant really work in road shoes.

  • Whenever I've changed position/saddle/haven't ridden in a while, I find I tend to try and sit to far forward, with rather obvious discomfort.

Just a shift back a bit to get the sit bones where they're supposed to be does wonders, I just have to remind myself every so often!

  • What kind of work can you do on a £7,000 colnago?!
