Got one on my cadex. Couldn't comment on stiffess but it's not broken. There was a batch that broke that was then recalled, afaik the rumour of them all being dangerous ends there..

They're opening again! Wim van der Kaaij is currently teaching the art of framebuilding to two new guys.

^^ I though the same. Reading up, it appears that the same frame builders from Peka also built for Presto. Could be what the P is for.

All old Presto frames seem to have three Andreas crosses cut out from the bottom bracket.
