Is that based on the instructables jig konga? Have you used it yet? Looks good!

I'll bet (insert large percentage here) of frame builders don't have such a nice jig set-up.

Thanks! Design is based pretty much Arctos jig. I have built before few frames with similar jig. Here's one picture where you can see my old and new jig. The new one is much more accurate and easier to use.

Cheers, Headset is hatta, the front hub is paul and the rear is a female novatec.

Eclypse seat post is so rare.... I've seen one or 2 on ebay in the last couple of years and not seen one on a biek in 10years at least

Not really, they might have broken derailleur but tend to throw it away than reused some part.
