The amount of swearing Black Mambas have caused trying to get them on and off makes them far from excellent!

Condor looked better with the Thomson/alien and different bars imo. I would lose the corima sticker and the red one on the seat tube, and cover the red stripe on the stem with leccy tape or pink vinyl as Tenderloin said. That said, it still looks a fuckload better than mine at the moment.

Managed to furk my upper headset cup by slamming it into the ground unintentionally cracking the plastic casing which holds the bearings. So now I need to source another Mavic 305 or above. Other than that it's pretty much complete.

Oh and 26.8 seatpost that's french. Anyone have one, let me know!

Needs a bigger chainring and deeper drop bars, stems way too short also.

Front wheel is radial, which doesn't really fit.

But apart from that, it's ok.

Oh, and the saddle needs levelling up.

Oh for sure. I was just watching it out of curiosity then put in a really low bid and ended up winning it! TM knows the guy that repainted it and has apparently set it on fire at some point

So I think this is the first time I've hung any parts on the Samson. This'll be my 'see if it fits' build. While it's certainly smaller than I'd tend to ride it feels like it ought to be alright, we'll see how it goes.

Bars need a choppin'
Rims need a changin'
Saddle too - Flites and those Shimano posts I can't get a good angle with despite moving out the angle-stop bolt. Probably stick on a Rolls for now, Flite can go on the Look.
And the rest I've got, SG75 48t chainring I've got, MKS pedals, standard silver chain for now.

What size is it?

It's 60 c-t, where normally I'd happily be riding a 60 c-c track bike and a 61 c-c road bike. However I've put on longer cranks so that ought to even things out somewhat and it's only 5mm shorter in the toptube than I'd care for too. I'm just very fastidious (perhaps too much so) about sizing.

how much should I offer for a good cond 2009/10 record groupset with all the bits?
400gbp? 500?
