+1. I was just about to comment on how much I like red, white & blue bikes, but the cereal match is a nice touch. Shreddies would also work very well.

Does any one know if the Ultegra 6700 levers have a longer brake cable pull than SRAM?

I've heard it said a few times that SRAM levers are a bit crap with Avid BB7s, but not sure if thats the S500/S900s and/or their brifters.

Mine seem to work alright (albeit with compressionless cables, Ashima pads, and much on-going tinkering), but they are the only ones I've tried, so have nothing for a comparison.

I just vaguely remember something about newer Shimano brakes having a longer pull or something...

25mm is hardly touring tyres as the pro are riding that size on the rear too.

(I'm aware that you're referring to the Panaracer rather).

most of the components are temporary and borrowed from my low, as I just wanted to try how the bike feels and fits. Got the frame today.

they are able to ship/post repairs
they do Codagex (colnago benelux distributor)
and Giants team spec bikes

it was Ted and the boys that did the Bambaataa job

so I'm going to get them to do this one after the current job
