  • Dear Robobobboobobobob...

Thank you for being a top chap and dropping off a BB I needed to finish a build.

    Dear Hilary,

Thanks for sending me the wrong sized seatpost so I can't finish said build.

    Best,
    Chris.

Ha, he did this to me twice, was after a 27.0, so he sent me a 26.8, then a 27.2, then finally a 27.0, which actually turned out to be a 27.4 that had been labelled wrong, fucking jokes (partly on his part, partly on 1980s shimano's part)

  • My road bike, a Bottechia Columbus Max re-sprayed in Neon Yellow and re-sticked Cougar :

  • Nice, would prefer white tape/saddle or black hoods.

    Top marks for background.

Exactly same prob... need a 27 dead (I think) he sent a 27.2.
    Ok, not 100% the same, 50%? 75%?

    100% annoying...

  • Shitty phone pic.

Had to get a new BB as chainstays were too fat and old one didn't give clearance.

    Graham Weigh 853 frame,
    Carbon forks,
    Ultegra 6500 group
    Planet X Al-30 wheelset
    New shorter Easton stem.
    Shtty Kalin seatpost.

    Will get better seatpost soon.
Feels 100x better with shorter stem.

  • Just 'slammed' my stem and now feel epiccc

  • Changed a couple parts on my Kaffenback. Planning a long trip on it later this summer.

  • Rubadubdub - Nice chap and great trader from my experiences too.

Robobobobobooboboboboboboboob is defo a top chap and good trader., C_record Pista BB for the Nag and taking out the Gipiemme for the Viner... bosh!

    You guys...

  • good page

  • croix de fer

    Love this

  • Replacing that CX frame with this. Been on the lookout for an Audax frame forever, and it's a Caygill (bit in love with paramounted's).

Not sure about gruppo though. 6400/7400 mix? It is modern, but...

  • nice frame and a good bargain.
watched it on ebay, but was too small anyhow.

Should be just about right for me, will experiment.
I thought it was a good price, wasn't sure though! Glad someone else thought so.

  • just won this frame and fork on ebay, very exciting! - £165 including p&p seemed pretty good aswell

  • I was watching that. Looks really nice.

  • he seemed to think it was 853, built by atom from the Manchester area who I dont know anything about - anyone know anything?

  • tubes look 853, so I would say it is.
check for cracks around the seat collar.

  • he sent me this, which looks alright for cracks

  • That thing looks fucking radical.

  • oh, a lug!
    nice.

    what's the toptube length?

  • I'm calling first dibs for when you sell it.

  • 56.5 top tube and 56 downtube. Bit on the small side for me at 6' 1 but i reckon I can squeeze into it

  • you can always be telling yourself ctt measurements to make it bigger in your eyes.
sumo, its too small for you.

nice frame, seriously - fluted seattube looks cool.

  • sumo, its too small for you.

    actually it's the perfect size.
