I thought the Roubaix tyres were meant for bad cobblestone roads!
Does anybody race on clinchers at P-R or RvV? Companies just issue their pave tubs as open versions because it's easy. Even the tubs are only meant to be good for 250km with a car full of spares following, not to have a minimal probabilty of crevasion over a 3 week rough stuff tour.

Bugger it, think I'm just gonna up the pressure on the 4 Seasons and wait for the new Hutchinson Secteur 28 tubeless to come out.

HHSMixte! Can't see it catching on though.

Looks good for hill climbing though, plenty of leg room over the top tube

Probably go for carbon forks as thats what rourke sell them with. Modern shimano or sram groupset.
Probably Shimano as the hoods are a bit bigger. Undecided on if I should get new 105 or used Ultegra.
11 speed Ultegra!

Dear Robobobboobobobob...
Thank you for being a top chap and dropping off a BB I needed to finish a build.
Dear Hilary,
Thanks for sending me the wrong sized seatpost so I can't finish said build.
Best,
Chris. -

Rubadubdub - Nice chap and great trader from my experiences too.
My experience of Hilary wasn't bad though.
Challenge Roubaix clinchers have a bad rep. Clinchers + cobbles can = pinch flats so you actually want pretty touch tyres with stiff sidewalls (compared to tubs).
Lower your pressure too much and you'd increase your chances of pinches when hitting holes. I'm 60kg and tend to get some pinches below 80psi with a 28mm rear tyre on a wide rim... although only when hitting stuff at 60kph but shit happens.
