  • Bill Nickson certainly looks really fun to ride around!

Reminds me of the CX/commuter I built, only for the frame to die.

    :'(

  • Been a long time brewing, but have finally got this set up perfectly

And my girlfriends ss, ready for the summer

tres bon! Also love the chairs... this is a pretty good page... that Benotto is dead nice too.

  • I like that Pug a lot. One of the first builds where the melted seatpost looks right as well. Great builds ummar01!

  • Gorgeous! Get it in the Roberts thread if you haven't already.

  • Cleaned this up for the weather

  • new wheel

  • Might be a no-brainer, but which bars are hidden beneath that pink tape?

  • Id assume Deda RHM O1 or 02

  • That bike would look mega rad, if you stealth'ed it (get rid of all the white & pink bits) and stuck another disc on the front the same as the rear. Sure, you may blown over in the wind. But it would be worth it.

  • soon...

White or black contacts and cables?

  • black and fucking amazing frame! start a thread so I can sub

  • Brake less and a Rack.... Balls

  • Ah, Wu Tang. White middleclass kids owe you so much.

  • Sup with the seat clamp, looks like you put tape over it?

Also should lower the rack, if you cut and drill the bits that attach to the basket, should be pretty easy.

  • cant believe how difficult its becoming to pick a frame, I have a full bike without frame or forks sitting in the garage waiting

  • sell bits to me for £4, use earnings to go and have a pint. Life is short, no need to stress your pretty head.

Stops grit gettting down the ST. It's fine where it is

  • neat little ring of inner tube?

  • Just saying from using a basket my self like that, it feels much better when its closer to the headtube

    deal

  • Can someone tell me what makes a fork specific for integrated headsets please?

I thought a 1 1/8 fork would fit through any 1 1/8 headset but I'm shopping around for a new one for non-integrated & am struggling.

Is there something that would actually affect the safety of the bike or is it just an aesthetics thing?

  • It's just aesthetic, the top of the fork crown is shaped to blend into the enlarged head tube with integrated, but you can use an integrated fork with a conventional headset or vice versa. The exception is a fork designed with an integrated crown race, e.g. Look HSC5 and up, which must be used with the matching bearing. Some, but by no means all, conventional headsets use the same bearing cartridges, so even this is not a total bar to use in a conventional frame.
