Get it repaired, or leave it till you can afford the repair work, I don't think simply bending the frame back is a solution let alone a good one.
Toight!

Yep.
Wondered what was going on there (:
What a looser.
Lol!
It's a really nice frame though, not surprised you don't want to get rid of.
Really liking the laid back build too, very tasteful.
Perfect for sunny afternoons like this.

For Stumpjumper:
Steerer is a tiny bit short / Specialized headset currently on the frame is a bit too tall, but hopefully a Cane Creen S-3 will remedy that.

ZS-2 is also a good option for low stack headsets

Spent some time escaping revision to build the IALP a bit:
Rear brake cable routing is temporary - need to get up the courage to drill the seatpost (!).
Also, does anyone have tips for clearing blocked internal cable routing? It's all gummed up where it goes through (!) the BB.
Need to acquire a 19-20mm tub that isn't worn right through for the rear to get sufficient clearance, as well as a shorter stem for true slammage. -

blast it with WD40?
-

^ yeah it's had some of that sitting in there for a while (as well as plusgas because it was to hand) but I want to go to the next level...

that Fade paint scheme looks Ace... might have a go with it myself on a project but with different colors of course
-
• #77088
Just drill it out, with a drill?
-

I'm not sure what you mean. There is a continuous piece of housing that goes from the hole in the DT by the shifter boss through the BB into the DS chainstay. I'm considering having the BB out and cutting the short section of housing that goes through the BB shell and replacing it but I'd prefer not to.

This bike is so ridiculous, it's completely awesome.
Perhaps some picture hanging wire fed into the housing and rammed at the blockage? The fraying ends of it can be pretty vicious...

Decided today that my wife and I are probably moving back to Leeds this summer for babies and that, so now is obviously the time to be buying...

It's a cm or so too small for me but it was sat in my watch list too long and he finally accepted a more sensible offer on it.
Determined to make it fit now. At least if I'm nowhere near a track I won't feel so bad about building it up with flat bars.
Otley ain't gonna know what's hit it. -
