Superstar components do cheaper tubeless stuff

Forgot about them, think I might be using their valves actually.

Running tubeless- been doing some reading and what crops up time and again is "didn't seal until I used a compressor", does this fit with most peoples experience?
I bought the Stans kit and was able to fill a Marathon Supreme on a Rhynolite rim with no problem, but I paid very close attention to the instructions. I've since changed back to regular tubes, too much topping up every few days.

Cute owl :-)

Fire always makes things better. Stans rim strips seem expensive for what appears to be half an inner tube.
just use a standard tube

Last week I acquired a rather nice 90's weightwiener seatpost by FRM with the most simple and effective clamp I've ever seen.
Contrary to the ebay listing, it turned out to be 27.0 rather than 27.2 so I was forced to get the bob jackson out of storage and rebuild it.
Saddle and seatpost weigh in at a svelte 305g on the kitchen scales
And even with the monstrously lardy front wheel the whole biek comes in well under 7kg! It goes like stink too, thanks largely to the 52x17 gearing... I'd forgotten what a nice bike it is - big grins into freezy breezes yesterday - more headwinds to come today no doubt!!

The translation being "Iron Cross" or I guess "Cross of Iron" (my french is appalling) I was aiming for something similar. "Cross of Chrome" sorta sounded neat. "Croix de Argent" maybe?

Love it. If you ever move that on (and the stripped Flite as well), I'll have first dibs.

Still cold as fuck here in Amsterdam, but dry-ish. So no more need for winter accessories on my main bike.

Noted!
FRM adjustment is great, it's a single screw to clamp rails, and you slacken it off & set saddle angle with a grub screw, then clamp it up again.
(None of the usual faffing around with 2 inaccessible screws!) -

Croix de Argent
Croix d'Argent, s'il vous plaît, c'est une élision!

Yeah that's the stuff Dammit.
just use a standard tube
Heard that works pretty well too, but as you'll still need rim tape, it's half an inner tube heavier! ;)

Laner, can't see...
No! Just used their yellow rim tape and valves for £25 -
Rim Tape
Valves
If the tyre don't seat properly, add another layer of tape to force the bead into the bead hook on rim side wall.
