Uhhhh.... Your drops should be pointing towards the rear brake bridge, towards the rear hub or anywhere in between. Not towards your saddle.

There's a huge difference between "porn" angles, and ridiculous bar angles.

Google "track bike" and you will see pretty much every bike with drops is set up correctly.
