I haz a new winter fixed commuter, using the frame from a recently replaced audax build.
Currently using my front tubus rack and panniers just to see how it feels, liking it so far. Not aerodynamic (edit: well from my very limited knowledge, seems like a greater cross-sectional area will be produced using these therefore less aero?) like a carradice saddle bag but more stable and easier to take the panniers on and off compared to the saddlebag
and my George Longstaff is now finished (dare i say it) as well

Planet X cyclocross disc pro carbon 50/50 wheelset
I'd be head over heels if I wasn't still wary of tubs.

apollo, wtf! your not selling the rourke are you???
-
• #70919
Apollo, that is rad.
I need that saddle for the orlowski if you sell it.
Fucking £291 as well !!!
Will it be getting sparta bra treatment? Those forks are great too, got them on my roadbike...

@ nefarious;
adjustable offset will allow fine tuning of handling - it's a bit experimental - possibly will get some of these made up to sell if any interest- these are just something i've been after for a bit for the fun of it.
they'd be good for bikes which have lost their forks along the way and you don't know what offset to fit.
or just have a mess aboutthe rear dropouts were going to be double decker (one set of track dropouts just over another )- so you can tilt the bike at the back in order to alter the head angle
original plans even had double decker forward facing dropouts at front too (which could be used to alter the head angle,
but some sort of spacer on the fork crown race will do the same, so the rear is single decker proabably and a range of spacers for adjusting the crown race height can be sorted. allowing both adjustable offset and head angle just at the forks . - that's the plan anyway -

ha number6 that is krazeh.

TM, saddle's all yours when it arrives, and yes, £291 for Cipollini Cad 3 with full Ultegra with CXP33s seemed like a bargain ;)
Not selling the Rourke, but might sell the groupset/wheelset and rebuild the frame to something else at a later date....
Just gonna ride it for now, and make minor tweaks to position depending, but no crazy plans for it. Risers, triggershifters and a rack had crossed my mind, but not for now.

Don't you dare.

Hmm... Maybe... I'd keep it as a road bike and put porteurs on the Rourke if anything though....
Got yourself a bargain there, find a pair of spinergys and build ultimate HHSRB.
Is the saddle a Flite? I think it would look amazing/terrible on the Orlobropro...
Trust tester to come up with aileron-shaped top tube protection.
