Not really, they're designed to fit 22.2mm clamp size. You'll have to do quite a bit of filling and it gets pretty thin around the hinge.
Your only option really is a cross top or a Dirtyharry/goldfinger.

Are you sure the dirty harry will work with 24mm? The specs in Wiggle says it is for 22.2/25.4mm. I assume the lever comes with a shim.

If the lever is 25.4 and the bars are 24mm where you clamp it... yes you'll have to shim it.

nah you could just clamp it down it will be fine. But if you want you could shim it with some coke can
