Mine appears to flex a little under hard pedaling, do you have the same problem prov?
I'll find out tomorrow!
I saw yours, the fork crown looks different. Does it have the same fastback seatstays? -

Great looking bike Prav. Luv fastback stays. You at HH tomorrow?
Object, you've got some hot bikes. Take your time and build it right.
Lovely Mercian Joe. Can't wait to see it up close at the velodrome.

Fiddys for those FSAs they are sooo sweet!

I'm really not a fan of the campag one, It's the marbled carbon effect. Looks cheap as sin in my opinion.
I really wanted to run Tune cranks but as Scott pointed out they'd look plain wrong on this frame.

Fair enough. I'm sure it'll be eminently lustworthy when you're done.

Looking lovely! What rims be they?

Joe's got Jalco 27"s on there, he stripped the ano off and, strangely, decided not to preserve the stickers.
I'll be using to a (destickered) lo pro Jalco front on my Path, Joe, no dis intended. I can;t be arsed to strip it though, looks like too much hard work.
Yesterday I found out Dave at Colourtech hadn't been getting my emails. He's already lacquered my frame, before decals had arrived. It's gonna look like a toffee apple once the third coat goes on.

stripping the ano off, what you use for that? sandpaper and elbow grease or is there some chemical?

^Theres a thread JOL started on polishing rims / alloy .
Oven cleaner or caustic soda (careful!) -

So why 27s? To keep it period? What's wrong with 700s?

maybe because the frame was originally design to have 27s? I admitted I don't know how much difference it make but I do know how different a car handle if the original wheel (says, 16") were replaced by an 17" wheel.

700c = fuck-off clearances and pedal strike issues
that it exactly the same frame as mine and in the same lovely clashing colours, do you know where they came from (i suspect ex-track hire bikes)? Mine appears to flex a little under hard pedaling, do you have the same problem prov?
