Corny does. I noticed them the other day when he chipped off into the pub.

Interesting. The fork must be quite a bit taller to change the HT from 75 to 53 degrees and raise the BB 20mm.
Ed, you're mental with your endless faffing about. What actually is the problem, or are you just bored?

I will tell you when i have finished a bike , but a build is never finished.
So Not my chief of work but i have put the package:
new pedals, new saddle, so close to the full mavic only the BB is a stronglight
I am looking for a seat clamp Fr like a simplex and perhaps a front 3G
Sorry for feeding the troll but i am counter-scaling of sluices and digs
or even make stomachsI pull the hunt on dogmas and the what-will-one-say
At good hearer goodbye !

I wanted to change the sprocket on my Vivalo, but upon inspection, the previous owner had installed a Miche sprocket housing to use with quick insert sprockets.
Like this: http://www.miche.it/en/catalogo/catalogo-miche/pignoni/supporto
and this
http://www.miche.it/en/catalogo/catalogo-miche/pignoni/pignone-pista-in-acciaio-con-supporto-2
Does anyone know how to get the housing off? One would assume a lock ring tool but I tried pretty hard to get it off but had no luck - I can't see any other way to get it off, maybe I need to try again!

To remove the Miche carrier, insert a sprocket into it and wind the lock ring down hand tight, leaving a slight gap, so its not tight, but the sprocket can't come off, like half a mil.
Use a chain whip and turn the sprocket and carrier off in a anti-clockwise direction. Once they have budged you will need to gradually unwind the lockring in a clockwise manner. Usually it can all be done by hand when its loosened.here (utfs) :)
a lock ring tool will fuck up the carrier, careful!

Fuck it.
Anyone want to buy some brand new Look Keo Carbon Blade's?Swap for tidy DA 7700 SPD-r's with almost new cleats? Can't get into the damn things, getting out however = perfect

Délicieux.

My current project is almost finished! I ordered a thomson elite inline seatpost and a pair of look quartz to finish the build. And I still need to figure out a way to remove the current crankset (the thread for the crankset removal tool is fucked) to complete the dura ace 7700 full group...
Et Gaston je suis sans voix devant ton Pinsello. Incroyable. Il lui manque juste des pédales 640 piste ;)

You'll just need a bearing puller to get it off. One like item 7 in this pic: https://www.lfgss.com/attachments/43243d1314209331-i-11.png

Thanks for the advice. Alternatively someone told me to use a hammer but I'm not very confident with this...
Or this tool:

That one will mark the cranks, but you probably don't care about that.

Sheet of plywood, bunch of nuts and bolts and a drill = homemade crankarmpuller (At least on the driveside)
Reminds me, any one here use DZR shoes?
