Bought this awesome frame last week!
Not completely sure how i want to build it up though... I'm now looking around for forks that fit (1 inch steerer) but can't find anything i like...Columbus minimals. Best looking 1" carbon forks by a mile.

Giant's looking good Mike! What bars did you go for?
...and how's 'the plan' coming along, still got the folder?

Word. never understood why people like them

Finished doing the vivalo pantographing, need to sort out a chain and some wrap+plugs for the bars
Has a fair bit of dura ace but is by no means an NJS build prepares to get flamed
Couldn't get the image to embed with rotation correct but you get the gist of it!

I like it all, apart from the Zoncolan looks well out of place... maybe a silver seatpost as wellz.

Needs drops

^^^I hope the gear ratio allows you to keep that clearance on the back, sick!

Remove the Look logo.
Ti inline seatpost.

yeah a ti post would be sweet, originally was going for ti stem and post but couldn't quite stretch the budget to both.
I was wondering what the best way to de-logo the stem was? Its laser etched on so presumably some sort of abrasion?

What bars are those? look great. Agree a ti seatpost would finished it off brilliantly.
Got bored so put drops on

B0n0r they're Argos Europa (hilarystone has some atm) bought them off here a while back.
Yeah the chainring looks/is small but its a nice Royce 46t with 17t cog for an enjoyable ratio! Not keen on having a massive back and front.

Ugly things.
Your vitus is looking super shiny! I need those cranks for my Merckx - final part of the chorus 10 spd group I've been gathering. Kind of wanted external bb ones though not sure carbon cranks will suit.

It looks like what you have picture is a cassette tool.
-
• #62296
The BB version is miles bigger - that's definitely a cassette tool
-
• #62297
this is the bb i need to remove
-
• #62298
Some Miche BBs had that sort of thing. The old shimano cassette tool fitted.
-
• #62299
Recent Miche uses the campag bb tool.
The Shimano cassette and bb tool are different Maddy, although they do look a bit similar.

^^^ That's definately too small for a conventional shimano BB tool - looks more like a cassette lockring
^^ Miche primato takes a campag cassette tool not a shimano.
