no, but you could have put that money towards parts to make it not just a frame.
£200 is nowhere near what I had in mind and I'll be left with nowt even if I buy a budget Tiagra wheelset and Sora groupset. I'd still need bars and stem.
I don't want to get a lot of low end parts which will only end up back in classifieds for half what I paid.
Although I had a second thought about stripping RPM's Ribble off that Veloce groupset. -

Nnnooooooooo.....
Stop it!!
I need to sell a box full of spare parts before I can even think about that.
I think you should get a bar end brake lever. If you are riding with your hands mainly on the flat part of your bars. Your bike dont fit.

How does it ride? I've been toying with getting one to commute on as I'm bored with my pompino (again)
Well, I can tell you that it will be surprisingly responsive and sensitive after coming from the Pompino, it's also pretty hard to make it heavy, it weight 8.14kg at the scale in Brixton Cycles (currently have cheap part on it, i.e. Lasco crankset, Halo Aerotrack rear wheel), not too shabby for a heavy alu frame.
Given it's an alu track frame, it's not unexpected for it to be stiff and jarring, but with good tyres (25-28c), road fork, etc. it's not too bad after a couple of ride.
I set the rear wheel to sit as far back of the track end hoping to increase the wheelbase a bit in attempt to make it a little more stabler and comfortable.
edit: actually I reckon it handle similar to your Mercian.

Had one of these as my daily ride for nearly a year now, and its been a great frame. I agree with ed, it does take a bit of time to get used to the ride, but after that its really easy to put the miles down on. Overall great value for money, especially seeing as I only spent 90 on the frame.

Brand new, it come with fork, headset, seatpost and seat clamp, for 200 notes, I reckon it's a pretty good deal, especially in comparison to the On-one that doesn't even come with a fork for £165 (AFAIK).

Despite the little collision, I finished off the Dolan;
Gotta get some 28c and 19t cog, otherwise perfect.
Only logos left is the Charge and the Maxxis.
Dolan done.

Temporary set up till I get my front wheel later today.
Should be good- weight of 8kgs isn't light but isn't bad either. -

Thanks for the advice guys, I'm after something fun and lock up-able (no secure parking at work) for those days I don't need big tyres / mudguards (i.e. summer), and it seems to fit the bill nicely. Have enough bits knocking around that it wouldn't take much to get one rolling. Won't make the mistake of selling the winter bike this time though!

Yeah, it'll definitely be good for that. Also good fun on the track (must go back soon!)
Are those prescription cages?
