Yet more money spent on my lavoro... probably going to keep it like this but switch between the 3 or 4 bar/stem combos I now have. I much prefer the arione to the slr, decided to get fizik bar tape to match. Also like the way the deda stem and forks match. Worried it might be a bit too matchy matchy.

I would, if I hadn't spent so much £££$$£$$£€€€ already. I've spent a stupid amount on this bike, mainly due to being impatient. Also I like my thompson layback. I see what you mean tho, the wing tt would mirror the aero tubes nicely...

I honestly don't think it'll look that good, it's usually hard to pull off a TT seatpost.

I think you need a hed 3 and matching clincher rear disc.

Go spend £10 on a nice burger at the Raven, a good ride will actually work wonder in preventing you from upgrading it any further.

I feel we only think about upgrading the bike when not riding it.

When I ride my bike it becomes painfully apparent which parts I need to upgrade. Normally just follow the crunching sound.

You need to loosen the seat clamp that should stop this problem
