^^^Thank you.
Most recently it looked like this, but now it still needs new wheels build. -

Miche.
Excellent hubs, extraordinary weather sealant, need no servicing whatsoever, very competitive price, and made out of material stronger than cheese unlike Phils.
would recommend, A1+ a thousand time.

Quando.

Quando hubs are certainly the most authentic choice when kitting out a Nagasawa.

^Zipp are nice!
Ben, probably, only going to use two of the same color, rear was dark grey and front was black. Have three sets of those rims if you need any (1 black 32x32, 2 grey 32x32, 28X32). -

Kun Teng makes Quanta as well as Quando. Purple Ano ftw

Pepe, I'm looking to rebuild my Macks, so might well be interested in a set of 32's (price pending) TB14's are also in the equation, so be interested to hear your thoughts on them. any notable difference in the ride?
-
• #58019
I only managed about 30min, less than 10 miles on those rims so far, tomorrow before work will have a go and report. At the moment I can tell that tire sits a bit deeper as it is wider.
Need slimmer tires and then try it on a Roberts, so I could compare.I can't make up my mind on a second wheelset rims yet.

What you felt is the effect of having a wider than standard rims, giving the tyres a nice U shape profile rather than a bulb shaped one, giving it not only a tubular feel but also run it at a lower pressure and thus be more comfortable to ride on a daily basis.
Especially useful on track bicycles with tight clearance.

It was hard to feel the difference, in the morning same bike had Halo Aerowarrior's on, same width. Hard to say I felt any difference at all.
I should feel it when I try it on another bike. -

Miche - made out of material stronger than cheese unlike Phils.

Does anyone use dura ace's on the street everyday? Are they really no good because of the unsealed bearings?
-
• #58024
that's BS, they're fine, not for CX for sure, but fine
come one, most of the low- and mid-end MTBs' wheelsets are laced to Shimano hubs which are all lose bearings as well, and i don't hear masses of MTBers complain about it -
• #58025
Forgive my ignorance, CX?
Good news, I wanted to run them, more authentic
Yep, Mack...or Royce
