Leftys are awesome.
Jimbilly tried to break one once, and almost broke his foot.

A few nordic west coast winters would go a good way to breaking it. But I'm lookin at a possible option involving tuning the axle to crown length. I could probably go a low as 490mm and still get 60mm of fat bounce out of it. Then in the future I can build a second front wheel and buy an Enabler fork (480mm a-c). This would give me a nice trekking set-up.
Just need to adjust my frame geo. Which means yet another E-mail to the builder.

Also, feck decals. Get your local hotrod carshop to spray on pouncing black panthers.
Either two each wheel.....or even better one on the top, and a terrified ferret on the bottom.

Go on?
It's currently built up but not on the wheels that i am having built up.

Better for having some white to break up the black, or better plain black?
Stick with plain carbon.
1/ big rim logos are there to market a product.
2/ they usually look gash, hence why people remove them.
3/ as mocked up they detract the eye from the rest of the build.
4/ it's not "a bit black" half of it's silver, and there are white accents all over it.If you were to add your own decals, then I'd say do something in the size of the Enve 25's and just have one opposite the valve hold. As for what it should say, I think "Dammit" would be a good idea, or "farsports".

Spotter mocked up some "Crack n fail" in the Cannondale font, but it didn't look great.

PS - I like decals on deep wheels, not a fan of the whole "stealth" thing myself.

I'm wondering whether making up some decals to go on my wheels would "work", as at the moment it's all a bit black.

You should have deals made up showing the weight on every component. White would be a good contrast colour.

I think I'm going with no logo, or "Cat 7".

At Aches n Pains - Lots here love time atac, and speedplay for the rich weightweenies.
I use spd. I've had no issues. they're the mtb one. There's also spd-r which is a roadie pattern (three bolts for cleats not two) which have more balletslipper like shoes, which are really hard to walk in.

^Speedplay Frogs, I assume Skully means, which are the MTB pedals.
The Zero is a road pedal- has a huge cleat. Very tricky to walk in.
