It is. Looks like a steel rim too.

It's a bmx thing, quite fitting for an oversize bmx

It also has sidelights permanently 'on' and an annoying light on the dash.

Also it makes a noise if you don't buckle-up.

Annoying light? The ecu light? Uncommon not to see it on with a Volvo T5

Those cages are a bit impractical.

I use these and a pair with alloy bolts weigh only a little more than one of your Cannondale cages
