This is my first project so if there is anything wrong go easy on me! First off a big thank you to all the members on here who provided me with parts to finish this off, mainly speaking of Tel, Skully, Hilary the list goes on!
Using the various threads for help to aid me in building it back up here is my Coventry Eagle fixed gear. I understand its a high gear ratio but i mainly only use it for flats along the beach as i have my other commuter for getting around otherwise its a fast bike and I'm pleased with the outcome.
Mainly comprised of Campy Gran sports parts from the bottom up with the exception of the brooks pieces, cinelli and Paul components. if anyone wants a full run down of the pieces i can do that.
There is a few more snaps here for anyone who may want to take a look plus there is one of my mug, http://www.flickr.com/photos/58976040@N08/page2/
There is still a few tweaks i need to finish here and there on the headset etc but it runs like a dream.

This is my current project
Has been hanging in the garage for an age. Sending it to BJ's for a respray and have most of the parts for a rebuild. Very likely sell it once complete though as it's too big and thats what I tend to do anyway....
Oh it's a 1964 (IIRC) Gillott. More pics here: http://s597.photobucket.com/albums/tt55/Telsun/Gillott/1966%20Gillott/

humm... if it doesn't fit, what's the point of spending money on it and then selling it?
You won't make anything on it.
EDIT: looking at the other pictures more closely, I think you are much better off cleaning it properly and polishing it. Then strip, clean, regrease, and reassemble with new versions of the basics (bar tape, tyres, etc). No benefit in respraying or changing many (if any of the parts) imo.
And those bars are really nice... just add some cloth tape...maybe with shellac, given the frame colour....
restore ftw.

Coventry Eagle
Ha I misread that as controversy eagle. I imagined something like this:

those etched bars are lush, never seen detail like that before. Are they done by hand or rolled on by machine?

looks like been made by the hand of a patient carver.

You wouldn't believe just how bad that paint is. Original colour was post box red I thought it was brown (still in touch with the original owner). Depending on the price I would like it to be a bright metallic red with white head tube and seat tube band and perhaps gold lug lining.
I won't make money as these things tend to be rather expensive but it's for love not money.
It will be a sympathetic resto job with period'ish parts and look the business hopefully.

I think they're Dawes engarved bars and yes the most stunning bars I've ever seen.

Park SR-2 converted from 3⁄32" to ⅛" with Wipperman 1R8 offcuts and M4 bolts in place of the stock M3. Everything about the 1R8 is heavy duty, even up against the everyday 1Z1 ⅛" chain, so a fair amount of fettling was needed to get the plates to clear the wrench body.

I recently finished my home made whip - take one standard wall strap and cut it down so that the hand is able to fit outside a standard 700c tyre, attach an old length of 1/8" Izumi V chain and voilà. The grep could do with something though, not the most comfortable thing to use. The length is good though, as well as giving leverage it saves on skinned knuckles and pulled nails.
