I'm the OG portuguese fixieskidder. I need to have a VALDEMIRO!
:=):) it's almost a CRIME you still don't have one
but please remind that it's better for you to give Valdemiro all the info (geometry, etc.) of what you really want.
hey nuknow, any thoughts about the colour? Any suggestion? -

richardveltos - I'm currently running a 1 x 5 set up that does require some kind of chain watcher. If you have such, should be doable.
Here's a link for the one I have - http://www.gvtc.com/~ngear/ -

brakes are coming off. Seatpost, risers and chainset ordered on ebay.
Now I need to find some cheap wheels and saddle and I'm sorted. Love the simplicity of fixed bikes. -

Geared bikes can look simple.

I mean for building mainly. Wouldn't like to have to deal with all those internal cables on that Level, no matter how pretty it is.

The other option is the Paul Chain Keeper;
OJAW, I'm interested to see what your 5x1 bicycles look like.

Here my little side project while I'm at uni - nothing mad just building for an A to B
the frame was stripped, sanded and is now back from the spray shop and is a lovely colour I chose! will keep that under wrapped until later.

Paul components are nice, but pricey for what they are.

They are, for those who doesn't want to shell out for the Paul canti, check out the Mafac Racer, that's what Paul base their design on.

Thanks, Ryffranck is originally Belgian, but he set up shop in Quebec, firstly with Marinoni and eventually on his own. He told me that this would likely be his last frame: he is in his late seventies and has pretty bad arthritis in his hands. Or maybe he says that to all the boys (and girls).
