1. how bad is the toe overlap?
   
2. are those phil wood low flange hubs?
   
3. what are those rims?
   
4. why silver spokes, and not black ones?

Considering that handlebar choice for the track is firstly a matter of fit, then personal preference then budget, this is an unnecessary argument.
