What about Joe le Fixie
Is that girl like 12 or something?! Her voice is so high and she's singing about a taxi called Joe. Wtf?! I reckon they stuffed her jumper for the video. There's no way they're hers. Nuff said.

Here is my new project, quite a few bits to source yet but hope that won't take too much longer
Nice one Phil. I like it more everytime I see it. Keep us posted on the progress as it comes along.

Yes, she was 12 back then. Soon after groomed by Lenny Kravitz.

Well I don't imagine she still would be, that would just be weird. Was she like the French version of Billie or something?!

Unfortunately I didn't know this song before today, but that's one of the many joys of the forum.

English are not very good with French culture in general, scorch.
Same for the French movies and hip-hop. Well known around Europe, but not in the UK, because of the language. Here, written by Kravitz

Decided to go and have a butcher in the shed for my old mountain bike that I used to worship when I was 16, my trusty butted steel Kona Hahanna with Marzocchi Bomber fork that I remember spending 1 years saving up £180 for.
Methinks it's time for disc on the front with a new Deore XT 9 speeds rear and a 38t crankset, as I love the frame and fork, what other upgrade would be worth doing on the Kona?
Man I forget how reasonably light it is, had a blast down Wimbledon Common, need to check if the forum do MTB ride.
I've got the same bike but in green, the bomber forks are leaky and needs new wheels and cranks too. Its odd that the rear cassette is fine but the suntour cranks are beyond had it. How old is your bike?

But as they both now live in France they are beyond the radar of anglo-saxon culture. I mean, it's not like you can read about them in the Daily Star.

Is that not because they are real celebrities as opposed to being media whores?

Perhaps taking part in the Celebrity Big Brother would help her? ;-)

restore it if the drivetrain in good nick (i.e. teeth not badly worn out).
Attacked the bike today with heavy duty degreaser, wheels need a clean whilst the cassette, derailleurs and crank are fine. Chain is rusty and been bined and the cables are all rusted solid. The seat is tatty but will be easy enough to recover and may do that tomorrow along with two other seats.

Lynx, you have the 2000 Kona Fire Mountain, I wanted that but have to make do with the Hahanna that came with the steel fork originally (£250 I recall).
The bike is a 2000 Hahanna, the crankset is Shimano and it's perfectly fine, I changed the cassette a while ago as it got damaged by rock in South France, I hasn't change the chain yet, which is a bit stiff.
Not sure what you mean by the suspension being leaky, it still perform exactly as it does since 2001, I brought it because I can able to adjust the suspension easily with a bike pump.

I'd help her, and him for that matter.

Sorry I'm talking about my hananna I didn't buy the bike new but the bike is green and has had mazzochi bomber forks fitted. Mine forks leak oil and could do with a rebuild.
