Mines simply white and pink, its a super but the material is Columbus SLX instead of SL which is interesting. no internal cable routing and front lugs arent chromes. also on the top of the seatstay there is "COLNAGO" in writing pantographed, not the club logo. I havent received this yet but Im very interested to have a look at it. It has a cutout in the BB shell also. I got it for £150 buy it now, along with a headset and campy chorus seatpin. very pleased!

the Vag arrived just as I was about to leave for rugby so threw it together and rode that instead of the BJ.
Prefer Vag to a BJ eh?

:( got hit by a van last week n completely destroyed my rear wheel.
Anywhos, insurance said they'd pay but emailed nigel from Campy Oldy n looks like he's refusing to sell me another omega v section... says no one would just want to buy one from him. Understandable but it just wn't be the same...
probs get a pic up tomorrow of the damage.
So basically... no rear wheel and would have to get a bike shop to quote both rims needing replacing to get insurance to pay for damage.
What a kerfuffle. -

What a kerfuffle. If you bought from campy oldy last time, do you have a receipt? Would this receipt not be the same as a "quote" ?
BTW I have a omega v rim. Paint has worn off the brake surface though.

And the other Colnago Master, again similar colourway, but with straight fork, probably like your Blankface?;
See Ed, looks much better with black tape & hoods. When you gonna change yours?
^ Looks ace with Atlantas too

How many times did you change gear between Wimbledon and Grays Inn road, Ed Scoble?

Yup, I've got a receipt, but insurance wanted a quote on how much the rebuild and replacement of parts would cost. So long.
I'll pm you re the rim -

I've been very slowly building the missus a little surprise for summer, and just got the frame back from Bob Jackson this morning. Had it done in ferrari red (the pics don't do the colour justice), and got the forks done at London Chrome (stunning job by them... again shit pics though).

I'll make sure I tell that to all those folks on gears/ss I overtake on my way to work then.
Oh and who died and made you God anyway?!
A trackbike shouldn't have brakes, it's not designed for them. Ride it on the track/road, or ride geared/ss.

jambon love your GT - keep the Syncros stem, please! It's so right for that bike from that period. Flite would go perfect I reckon, have you had any luck sourcing one at a sensible price yet? If you see any sensibly priced yellow ones let me know...
ed - that colnago is lovely - great colours - and looks so much better for a clean. I agree black bar tape would be good.
All these fit geared bikes are making me want one :(

Cheers, Yeah i just won a flite on ebay, so the saddle is sorted. I'm changing the stem as it's too long for my small arms, uncomfortable and all that. But i'm most definetly keeping it if i ever sell the bike. Hopefully get a dura ace one to finish the group.
Here's a yellow flite on ebay, may be of interest:

jambon, before you change stem and all that, I'd recommend you to go to the Bike Whisperer to get your position perfectly dialled before spending money on part.

cheers for the info ed!
sound advice, personally i've found competetive cyclist quite inaccurate so any clarity will be most welcome.
