Lovin that Waterford and this
cut and paste the pic you want from flickr (all sizes) and it will appear here. Voila!
PS grips/bartape time. Bare bars are shit!
Does need tape tho.
Would a hope headset be a decent alternative to the Chris King? Never had one but I got on well with their hubs back in my mountain biking days.

That's exactly what I was going to say. King quality bearings + a proper split collet centring mechanism, rather than the Chris King O-ring.
http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Images/Models/Original/28509.jpg+1. better headset.

I had one on an MTB for a year or so and it performed perfectly. But then I have never had a problem with any headset I use so don't see what all the fuss is about!
Nice thing about Hope is you can then match it to seat clamp, BB (if external) and hubs if that is your thing.

Ha, i was actually thinking what the search would return, from typing in rat porn.

The Nagasawa looks great.
You getting Sugino 75's?
-
• #29136
Oh yeah, the rim stickers must go.

• #29137
Looks much better than the TT build you had with it

yeah 75s would be nice. Although not like im looking to make the bike any stiffer, its a real ass braker if you don't have padding. A nitto seatpin would be nice too.
i say keep the stickers.

I think the stickers make it look a bit loud and expensive for a beater.

Max - build your own and stop telling people what to do.

Downlo - Finally! Loving it, nice bike :-)
Others - i just bought a Dura Ace headset and it is beautiful. Aluminium though, so we'll see how long it lasts... So, so smooth, though.

I've got a bike. Unless you want me to fully reassemble & service your bike for you?? Payment in beers...

So what experience would you bring to role Max?
How many bike have you built?
Ever worked in a bike shop?
Why did you leave your previous position? -

Why did you leave your previous position?Built too many bikes, worked in a bike shop for like a millions years, left my previous position because they fired me, which was a total accident.
Anyway I'm an excellent mechanic, trust me.

@ eddie - very, very nice. love the bartape.

I got it at trade price from my local shop.
But, totalcycling.com did have some cheaper than trade (give them a call, as it's no longer listed on their website, so may be sold out).
Otherwise, I think chainreaction is the next cheapest at 25% off RRP.
I haven't heard anything but good things about them. Although - if you use a headset press to install them, put some padding between the drifts and the cups as the aluminium is quite soft and I put a tiny mark inside mine.
